​Dom is a father, builder and worker-owner for Earth-Bound Building, a construction cooperative based in Maryland. When not covered in sawdust, he supports the cooperative’s administrative and financial responsibilities. Dom is passionate about creating and supporting local, small-scale enterprises that are rooted in community and black economic freedom.
